1. What do you want to do?

Visit independently (without a Te Papa educator). 

Have an education programme led by a Te Papa educator.

Both.  




For independent visits

Select the areas of the Museum that you intend to visit. You can select more than one location.












For educator-led programmes

Select the school programme you would like to book. A summary of each programme is available on the website.



Each programme costs $4.50 per student including gst. Accompanying adults are free. Some short-term exhibition programmes may attract an additional exhibition entry charge.

All programmes are subject to availability. Please note that the earlier you book, the greater the chance you have in securing your preferred date and time for your visit. Generally, we are unable to accept bookings with less than two weeks’ notice.
